She helps with everything from policy changes, certificates of insurance, billing issues and almost any other service concern. IMFT: How long have you been in insurance?
Annie: 9 years.
IMFT: What’s your favorite part about helping clients?
Annie: Helping to run their business smoothly. Also making sure they have the right insurance coverage needed to protect their business and assets.
IMFT: Favorite Street Food or Food Truck(s)?
Annie: Waffle Truck at Lake Merrit Farmers Market.
IMFT: If you could run your own food truck what would you serve and what would it look like?
Annie: A Hello Kitty themed truck that would serve Tiramisu.

IMFT: Insurance can get a bad wrap, what can you tell the food truck operators about how we help?
Annie: Every business is unique so we offer the best coverage that is tailored to each food truck operators' needs. For example, you might need higher limit for a certain job site or a blanket additional insured may be needed if you operate at multiple locations that require additional insured wording.
IMFT: Random fact about you?
Annie: I finished a culinary program in college and enjoying cooking. Also, trying out new restaurants is always fun, especially in San Francisco.
