In this edition we spotlight Stefanie Connolly who has been an insurance professional for over 25 years! At Insure My Food Truck Stefanie handles claims, manages our commercial lines department and juggles much more. I’ve told you that we love insurance, well Stefanie loves reading policies! Can you believe it?! She is an asset to the team and we are lucky to have her experience and knowledge.
IMFT: How long have you been in insurance?
Stefanie: Ha, too long – Over 25 years!
IMFT: What’s your favorite part about helping clients?
Stefanie: Making sure they collect what they are due on a claim
IMFT: Favorite Street Food?
Stefanie: The sweeter the better!
IMFT: If you could run your own food truck what would you serve and what would it look like?
Stefanie: My husband is the cook in the family so it would be up to him but probably his Fried Chicken.
IMFT: Insurance can get a bad wrap, what can you tell the food truck operators about how we help?
Stefanie: we do our best to make dealing with the Insurance Co. as easy as possible
IMFT: Random fact about you?
Stefanie: I’m half Icelandic.
IMFT: When not helping clients what do you like to do?
Stefanie: Playing with my Grandaughter!
